Funding, Awards & Fellowships

Funding

Funding bids…so much work goes into them, but as they are highly competitive they are rarely successful. The list of things I’ve applied for is quite long, so here’s the list of what worked out!

Funding (full economic costing) from The Centre for Death and Society, the University of Bath for a special episode of The Death Studies Podcast featuring Professor Tony Walter and the delivery of an academic podcasting workshop.

Funding (direct costs and resources) from the AUA (Association of University Administrators, now re-branded as AHEP the Association for Higher Education Professionals). This was awarded in 2011 for a project on their CPD Framework entitled ‘The Role of Administrators in Conducting Effective Field Boards of Examiners: Analysing Confidence, Understanding and Application’.
